We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Printing industry experience for an established company in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, No Weekends!

Job Duties of the CSR:

• Handle incoming requests from customers via phone, e-mail, and occasional walk-ins.

• Educate customers about printing, for the purpose of developing and maintaining long-standing relationships.

• Submit proofs to customers and facilitate corrections or approvals from that customer.

• Enter data for new orders; pull information and samples on past jobs for reorder.

• Communicate customer desires regarding design, paper, time frame etc.

• Work with outside vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotes and services in order to fulfill customer requests.

• File completed job tickets for organized storage.

• General office duties as needed.

Skills and Qualifications of the CSR:

• Must have a clear working knowledge of the commercial printing industry, with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial printing or a related field.

• Must have 1 or more years in a customer service environment and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Must have strong computer aptitude and typing skills with experience in Microsoft Office.

• Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Applicant should be able to communicate with customers and successfully relay that information on to other staff members.

• Must be able to demonstrate the highest level of organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and time management in order to meet tight deadlines and a variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.

• Must have strong attention to detail to capture customer requests and communicate to the appropriate person.

• Must be able to work closely with other employees.
