Job Description
We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator for an established company in the Grand Haven, MI area who can operate a variety of CNC machines (lathe s, mill s and OD grinders) to complete products per customer specifications.
Job Duties of the CNC Machine Operator:
- Follow work instructions
- Operate precision measuring tools (calipers & micrometers)
- Perform inspections on each finished part
- Adjust tools and programs as needed
- Package/stage finished products for shipping
- Additional functions and responsibilities may be required as needed by supervision
Skills and Qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator:
- Previous machining experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous assembly experience preferred
- High attention to detail
- Hand-eye coordination
- Ability to understand micrometers/calipers
- Basic understanding of decimal system
- Basic math skills
This is a Temp-to-Hire position and the client offers benefits once Hired In.
